lately, i've been finding myself thinking.. more than usual. it all started wen i found the sweetest place to study. it's in the fourth floor of the ridington reading room. i sit among the large, cozy, suede mini-couch to read, reflect, and just be... i take a deep breath as i gaze at the overlooking view of the rose garden and clock tower across the library. it's amazing, absolutely amazing.
often times we forget that what we see on a daily basis is purely man-made. the glamorous fashion trends, the gravity-defying architecture in dubai, and the impressive artwork hanging on the wall.. they're all man-made. but have you ever thought of the maker of man? have you ever thought of how much this Creator loves His creation and their accomplishments.
maybe it's just me overthinking, or maybe it's just me spilling truth. either away, i am amazed. He always finds a way to amaze me...
you can call me ES. i'm a vagabond. i like to wander, and so do my thoughts. rock, paper, scissors? i choose paper. i can express myself better through it. whether it be through words, fashion, or music, the important thing is to make a statement. be bold, be beautiful, be no one else but you.
i'm the queen of one-liners, or so i've been told// shoes always fit. numbers never lie. music is used when words fail. love is the great reversal. emotions are fickle. passion is consistent. God's love is constant. God instills passion.
