this fall, i plan on taking my road test. and since my older sister already has her license, when i do get my license, we're dying to ask for this baby in red.
camry hybrid
she's a beauty plus she loves the environment as much as i do. go hybrid! woot! i hate yet to prepare my presentation on why my parents should invest in a hybrid car, but i know that with my super duper convincing powers, i'll win them over to the green party. anyhoo, i know that a backup is ideal and so i've narrowed my alternatives to three.
red mini cooper
fuel efficient, and very affordable euro car. this car just makes me imagine cruising around the ouskirts of london.
red vw beetle
i saw a beetle custom painted to resemble a lady bug... insanely cute! but that's not the reason why i want it. vw beetles are timeless and i do mean timeless. from the 50s to present day, they have not changed its shape, presentation, exterior, and that's what i like about it. 5 years from now, it won't look outdated.
red lancer evolution
our first fam car when we lived back in uae was a silver lancer, that's why i'm pretty biased with mitsubishi's performance. it's also the cheapest of them all, which is a plus.
more plans: by third year or so, i really want to move closer to ubc because it is much more convenient that way. i saw some affordable condos being built around the area, but my parents have yet to buy into the idea of me living on my own and moving out of the house. but, if and when i do live in vancouver i would love to have this cutie.
